The restaurant is managed by a professional chef who, after having had many experiences in large Italian cities, decided to return to its land of birth.
The restaurant activity starts at breakfast time; a rich buffet of pastries, bakery products, fresh ricotta (cottage cheese) and jams from local fruits opens our guests’ day in a very elegant and warm setting.
At dinner time, our chef’s experience adds a touch of originality to the ancient flavors of the Maremma. All products used in the kitchen are sourced in the property or other Tuscan farms. The wine list is broad and encompasses plain as well as very sophisticated local and regional wines.
Finally, the pleasant atmosphere and fine food renders the restaurant quite suitable for ceremonies and formal dinners.
